Well, there are two answers to this, really

1. If you're speaking about downloading html files and saving them as pdf, you can do that easily with Open Office or MS Word or any free html 2 pdf tool. There are lots around, really.

But you would be better off with a format like lrf or mobi that reflows the text and makes it easier to read.

2. If you were talking about whole threads converted to pdf (or better formats), you have to first subscribe to a rss feed per feedbook and then download the pdfs (or mobi or lrf or epub) from there.

So, basically, yes, it's possible. If you tell us which way you want to go, we might be able to help you further.
