1. Yes, I am. I wait until it's gone through the Count Pages plugin before I check.

3. I have all the update options checked, including update always on existing stories.

2. Ooops. This was my problem. I haven't been on the standard column in so long, I didn't remember I had some set.

Thanks for figuring out my problem. It's working fine now.
