Just a reminder that this came out today.

Quite a price variation in the US...

Kobo, eBooks.com & OmniLit are $10.99
B&N is $4.71
Google & Amazon are $3.95

Also on Google Play is an app of the book claiming it's a public domain title, which of course it's not. Anyone know the best way to report such a thing? Will Google do anything if a user complains or does the publisher need to do it?
