I followed the instructions on Alon Rotem's website and used his Babylon dictionary tool to make it. I sent him an email thanking him and a copy of the dictionary for him to include on his prebuilt dictionary page, but while he did reply to me, it doesn't seem like he intends to host the file. I've shared it on dropbox and put a link to it on a website I have with a few things I want to share.

It's not great with all the inflection and spelling conventions of Hebrew (eg: appending heh to the begging of words) and it doesn't display Hebrew text that is included in the English definition correctly, but it's good enough for me and others might find it useful.

It works good enough for me on my kindle touch.

I'm not sure what it takes to get dropbox to kill my account. I guess I'll see how popular the download is.
