Noreve sucks

Hello all,
I had done the payment for my Kobo Aura HD case from Noreve on 23rd June, Vintage Ambition Chataigne. Got an email confirmation immediately, order was confirmed. I had contacted Cynthia of Noreve after that for delivery confirmation, and I got the attached email below from her. She confirmed herself, in 14 days delivery will be made. Its 7/7/14, paid 50 Euros on such a crap company. Sent her email 2 days back, but no reply. Sent her an email again today, if she doesn't reply this time, I am going to file a dispute with my bank. I study in a boarding law school, and I've come home for the vacations, and now they're coming to an end and I needed a case desperately, and this company is not helpful at all. Out of 5, I will give it -5 for their ridiculous, pathetic, feckless attitude towards customers. God, I am so frustrated over this.
