I also came across this very recently. It was with one particular epub but others were OK. When I had a quick look inside the badly-behaved epub I noticed that it was using <div> rather than <p> tags for the main body paragraphs. I'm wondering whether this is the cause of Moon+'s problem? A sample of one isn't proof, obviously, and I haven't taken the time to investigate further
