Hi,

I tried to understand what the last added item (translated: Text: First "real" content page) did. Correct me if I am wrong but it seems to add an entry to the guide subsection of the contents.opf file.

See joint screenshot.

Though it is called a "text" entry, I made it target in fact the cover page (named also confusingly title-page by Calibre when it creates it...). I put a red comment on the right of this entry. I call it A entry.

You can see also another entry named "couverture" which has been added by the Calibre editor after I inserted a new entry on the top of the toc.ncx. I call it B entry.

As this latest B entry has not been efficient to fool iBooks, Kobo (sometimes), I wonder if the newest A entry will be enough to force iBooks to begin a book with the cover-page (thinking that it is the first "text" page).

I do not have iBooks to check it. It seems to work with Kobo.
