I spent most of the clip trying to decide what city that was. It might conceivably be Chicago, since there is a waterfront. But I don't recognize the large lit up edifice. Might be Washington DC but weren't they under hurricane Arthur last night? Then again, it might not be recent, just because you posted it today. Anybody know?
