Had the book been something less salacious sounding of course it may have gone unnoticed and not furthered the marketing of the promo which it has now done.

Normally when Kobo does something like that here they send a special code to get the book not just put it in the library even without a email.
When I think of Anna Campbell I think of Angst more than sexy. Her heroes always suffers and who doesn't love a tortured hero. It's a beauty and the beast type story. I just love this trope.
