Ricky - have i understand that right? That all this inspection will prove, effectively, is that you can get your house tidy in time for an inspection? No checking that the cats are healthy in mind and body, and the environment's safe/suitable(*) - both of which would make sense if they are "concerned"(**) the cats' wellbeing may be at risk

(* Which does not equate to a tidy house - a house can be messy and have no threats to a cat, or spotless and have cables and poisonous plants all over)
(** As opposed to, say, being 'orrible little jobsworths who can't keep there nose out of other people's business)
