I believe that is the second most bizarre response I've ever seen from a customer service rep--after the guy who insisted I needed to give him my yahoo password so he could upload a copy of their device firmware to my yahoo briefcase (or whatever it was yahoo had back in 2001 ) because their site download didn't work.

Yup! I wish I could say this was shocking, but this is pretty on par with the level of customer service I have received from them over the years.
