Well, Arthur has passed us by - got absolutely no rain here at all - minor flooding on the barrier islands - the holiday has been saved for beach-goers!

[Dang! Now I'll have to drag out the soaker hoses for the shrubbery!]

Next week starts the truly stinking hot days of summer - no rain, every day in the high 90's F with matching humidity levels...
