I personally feel that the Wheel of Time doesn't really deserve to win because I don't feel it belongs in the category. Then again, I don't know enough of the history of the Hugo's to know if it's common to nominate an entire series as a novel, maybe that's tradition and I just don't know? But unless that's true, sorry, just doesn't belong. (And I do like the series, although I feel there are some definite slow points.)
