I have found that 4.7" is the sweet spot for phone size for me. So unless the specs are vastly different between the two models, I'll go for the smaller Iphone 6.
I'm currently using a Samsung Galaxy S3, and it's definitely showing its age. Very slow and laggy at times. Haven't even had it for 2 years!! For that reason, I'm going back to IOS (my Iphone 4 that I had before this is still going strong in the hands of my oldest daughter, and I got that 4 years ago). My wife's Droid barely lasted 2 years, too. Love the customization of Android, but the iphones seem to last longer than the Android phones.
