Change the view. You probably have it in the list view. If you change to "Notebook", it will show the note under the bookmark details. I checked before I posted because it had been a while since I added a note to a bookmark. This is with the current beta.

To change the view, press the menu icon at the top right of the list. The first item is either "Notebook" or "List". Pressing it changes to that view.
