I will probably buy one of the new models because my iPhone 4S's battery is starting to be a bit weak. Screen size is not really an issue for me because I carry my iPad with me all the time and I very rarely use the iPhone to browse the web. I do use it to read though, so if the screen is a bit wider I won't complain.

But I think I will choose mostly based on functionalities. I'm sure that if Apple does offer different screen sizes, the specs will also be different, with the smaller screen offering less in other areas too. So I'll probably buy the better one, unless the size of the device is really uncomfortable. I'll have to go to an Apple Store and look at it to know that I guess.
