For general merchandise, none I've found are good. And worse of all is the built-in Amazon browser favorite. The closest to usable, for me, is:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw

Is that what you tried?

Tried to get Facebook check emails NOPE didn't work.
I'm not a Facebook person, and don't claim that kind of site is suited the the K3, but did you try:

touch.facebook.com

Despite the word "touch," I think it is supposed to be the best of the bunch of Facebook sites for smaller devices. Others to try include m.facebook.com and 0.facebook.com.

You also can try the links here, including one for Facebook:

www.kinstant.com

However, I have more luck creating my own favorites, processing them through www.readingthe net.

The Kindle Keyboard, as a whole, including the browser, is best for long texts with few illustrations.
