So I need to look under Bookshelves->Purchased content eh? I'll give that a try. I don't find that very intuitive. Back in the day when I had my T1 I used to be able to just go to the kobobooks site, buy the book, tap download and it would download in my reader with no worries. Almost like the Readerstore. As long as it wasn't a kepub it would work. But since Readerstore now equals Kokostore, it was giving me fits. I could buy off the reader but I couldn't find a way for it to download short of plugging it to a computer and syncing that way.
Can I say I don't like how you have to contact kobo? You fill out a form and they want your email address (which is fine I like getting emails back) and your phone number. It won't send the request without a phone number. Then they insist on CALLING YOU within 5 minutes of you're request. Look I appreciate they want people to know you are "talking to a human" and not a machine, but I'd rather get a damn email over being called when I'm at work, or heading home, or doing you know real life stuff. I ignored the calls (I was at a meeting during one of them). Then they called me again at night when I'm at home (here's a newsflash I don't carry my cell around from room to room in my house. If it's by my keys and I'm in another room, I won't necessarily hear it.
EDIT: Okay... I had to get a sampler so I could test out the loading of books from KOBO. It does work by going into Bookshelves->Choose Bookshelf->Purchased Content. Mind you, you may have to wade through things (it seems the titles are in alphabetic order) to find it but you can indeed tap the download button and it will load.
I only wish Kobo would ... I don't know make a video or write out some clear instructions somewhere. I would go to their Customer help and suggest that but I don't want to have to wait for them to call me.
