The devices scan that you posted is showing exactly what is supposed to happen -- it is ignoring iDevices as not being Android/Windows MTP devices.

I do not know why iOS Reader Applications is refusing to sense iBooks (I assume that is what you are using?) but it may be the same reason why it is not working directly from iTunes either. The iOS Reader Applications plugin uses iTunes to connect with iBooks.

Regardless, you should probably ask the plugin developer directly, see thread: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=241143

First try the My iDevice is not recognized by calibre. section of the first post there. If that doesn't work, submit your debug info as directed there.
