Thanks for your response. I'll have a look at Marvin but only as a last resort. I want to see if there's a way of achieving what I want without installing any more programs. Harry reckons I'm looking in the wrong forum so I'll check that out first and if I don't have any luck, then I'll follow your advice and install Marvin.
