Heavenly morning spent at Duke Gardens .... visited the hen house, lingered in the Moss Garden (very Zen), sniffed through the herb/spice garden, wandered through the woods, and then exited via the circular rose garden - and saw green and brown roses no less.
And learned that over-exuberant Wisteria growth has eroded the metal framework of the Pergola - which has been stripped of all vines and is being restored. I wonder if the new vines will cover it completely again in my lifetime ...
