I have been intending to post something about "Mr. Food's" test kitchen website. I wanted to list all of the free cookbooks that are available from that site and their respective web addresses.
Well, I've decided that if I wait until I have time to list all of the cookbooks and their respective web addresses, I'll never get it done. So, let me give you in a nutshell what you need to know.
If you go to their recipe landing page, at
http://www.mrfood.com/index.php/hct/...ree-eCookbooks, you will see 9 free cookbooks right away. Don't end there however! There are more, gazillions more, at

http://www.mrfood.com/index.php/hct/...day-eCookbooks (links for both of these are located near the top of the landing page).
Unfortunately, some, if not all, of the recipe books are only available in the pdf format.
I don't know how good the recipes are, or much of anything else about them, but there's certainly a lot of books of them that the people at Mr. Food have made available and,again, for free!
