Well I've figured out that it is most likely a bunch of Guiness World Book record holders. But some of those records are really really obscure so it is extremely difficult to figure out which is which. I knew about Okawa because she was on Japanese TV a Little while ago most others doesn't Watch Japanese TV (although you could probably find her on YouTube as well but that violates the rules) I assumed Kanda was some sort of Otaku since that is the most common denominator for unknown Japanese in a quiz like this but without hints I probably wouldn't have hit on Kitty since she is no longer the hot item in Japan.
Hence if some of them is a guy who can hold more cigarrettes in his mouth than anyone else, the chance that anyone can associate that feat with an actual name is probably slim to none. It is not that the quiz isn't interesting, it is the kind of quiz where the answers are more fascinating because the say something about the human condition.
