Packt Publishing--All Ebooks $10 Each (Computer, et al. related)

Packt Publishing is having a sale on all of the titles that it publishes (or at least that show up on their site). Each book is $10 each.

The books are mainly computer-related books--"development" manuals, user guides to various software, and maybe programming (I'm really showing here my ignorance of computer-related things). There are a few general business titles, too. I don't know how many of you might be interested in ebooks on these subjects.

Now whether or not you consider any of the books a "bargain," as the title of this thread states, depends probably on how expensive the book normally is. Well, as I'm sure that you're aware, computer books can be crazy-expensive. Anyway, whatever the normal price is, the ebook should be $10.

I had never heard of Packt Publishing until running across information about this sale. I learned that they are a British company. Now the first thing that I think about when I see a company outside the United States, with me being a inhabitant thereof, is "the cost of shipment will be prohibitive." Well, to my amazement, the site says that there is "free shipping" to "US, UK, Europe and selected Asian countries" (I'm thinking that they may have warehouses in these places so the cost of shipping would not be what it normally would be if the shipment were made internationally).

The ebooks are available in pdf, ePub, and mobi (think: Kindle) formats.

Here's the link www.packtpub.com

The sale goes to July 5, so you've still got plenty of time to procrastinate. (ha)

I hope one or more of you finds something useful in this sale!
