Question about 'Embed metadata' tool
I have a question about the "Embed Metadata" new feature in Release 1.41:

"New tool to set metadata in the actual book files in the calibre library from the updated metadata in the calibre database. To use it go to Preferences->Toolbars and add the 'Embed metadata' tool to the main toolbar."

Doesn't "Modify ePub" also set the actual book metadata to the metadata in the calibre database? (Modify ePub -> Metadata -> Update metadata)
