I noticed a book that was just released didn't have a Kindle option when I checked it out. I guess I just assumed it was Penguin being anti-Kindle lending again. I wonder if any of this can be attributed to a specific publisher (Penguin) or publishers.

A Random House book published a month earlier than the Penguin title does have the Kindle option.
