Thanks I copy and pasted what you wrote and emailed it to him. It's all a huge learning experience. He is really getting chewed out by his parents who do not understand things are done differently now. You don't just go into a place and ask for a application. They don't understand it's all done online now and it's creating huge tension as they help finance this move. They don't think he is seriously job searching because of this.
