I just got a 64GB iPhone 5S that I'm pretty happy with. Ask me again in three years time.

I broke my 4.5" Samsung Galaxy S2's camera within six months of having it from it slipping out of my hands all the time, so I'm very reluctant to try anything bigger than 4 inches.
