Same here. Touch N095B, but FW 3.3.0 (8eb9c1fb2, 4/17/14).

Me thinks not much to help, seems like a (software) bug.
I'll probably do (again) a factory reset and be content with the original version which worked fine at least for me when I last used it. Touch database went south and I had to reset to original software - used it for a while and upgraded then. Wifi seems to be now always off in original but that's a nonissue for me as I anyway transfer books with usb/Calibre.
