The thing that I find interesting is that Hachette is so willing to violate a signed non disclosure agreement. I guess that means that legal agreements don't matter to them. It also must mean those click through agreements are even more meaningless. We should all feel free to ignore them (for Hachette books) as long as we do so anonymously.
