I'm actually in the pro-library camp and what I said was that until a pilot program last year Hachette did not allow libraries access to their first run books. Since your library (NYC) is the one with the pilot program it's not surprising you found some Hachette titles there. This year Hachette expanded access to other libraries via Overdrive, so a few more will have the new Rowling book (not mine as yet).

I'm done correcting the misinformation you persist in posting in this thread since it appears intentional and dishonest and I will not be reading any more of your posts.
