I think the page turning on an ebook falls into the rhythm of reading much more smoothly than physical page turns do. It happens more often but it takes less time and less effort. Even scrolling on a tablet take effort. I think ebook page turns are easier and less disruptive than any alternative.

This, to me, feels like complaints about ereaders being uncomfortable to hold onto. Yes, your hands have to hold something, but anyone who has ever read even just a moderately sized paper book would have to find ereaders easier.
