One of the backup apps like Titanium should take care of this. The question was
discussed in this thread. I don't know if the OP (bobkoure) has gone through a restore cycle.
As mentioned in that thread, CC doesn't have a database backup/restore function. Building such a thing is a non-trivial amount of work. I think that from a general user perspective, other development is more important.
