@Katsunami - this maybe a dumb question, but can't you select 1920x1080 from the Display Resolution slider bar on Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display\Screen Resolution, rather than tweaking the DPI setting to a non standard value - ie not 100, 125, 150 or 200 percent.
According to manual that res is baked in - see attachment
Not sure whether it would make any difference though
