In this particular case, the TOC generated from a H1 had superscripts as part of the heading, e.g. Z2 = X2 + Y2

Generating the Inline TOC (and I have a special TOC.css) the text looked funny w/o the superscripting

Yes, I can always manually apply the formatting, but I didn't understand the process for making the inline TOC

Still would be nice
