No. The metadata in the books is usually bad, almost never complete, and usually difficult to get to. That is why CC stores the metadata in its database. When its database is deleted, CC must ask calibre for the metadata. There is no way for CC to know which book goes with which calibre database entry.

In your case, since none of the books are epub, it would probably be faster not to scan for missing books (turn off the CC scan-for-missing-books setting) and resend the books.
