Update:
Baen support kindly retrieved the coupon for me and sent it on to where it belonged.

They also said "At this time we do not anticipate making any changes due to Yahoo policy changes."

So if you use Yahoo email with your baenebooks account and you want to send coupons you need to change your email from yahoo.

I finely settled on using gmx.com for my baenebooks.com email, works very well.
