Nope but the Bloomberg link indicates they're showing out of stock.

I was purely speculating that Hachette was using the JK Rowlings book as their primary bargaining chip and they'd timed the release to be after the existing Amazon contract expired. It would be the logical thing for Hachette to do since it's probably their biggest book of the year and they control the release date. Also in the investor briefing they were confident this would be resolved in a couple weeks and that seemed to align with JK's book release.
