You can't really say that unless you know why they couldn't be found through the library. I don't know the answer myself. I do know they make print versions available to libraries, but don't know if they make digital versions available or not, and if not why. Is it a problem with Amazon or OverDrive or? Has there been statements somewhere one way or the other?
