Hi Folks,
I've updated my initial post at the beginning of the thread and ask that when and if you read it, to be gentle with me please!!
I'm new at this and have no idea what "FUD" and "Troll" means, but can guess that they are not good/kind references.
Anyway, happy foruming to all on Mobilread!
PS. Can I change this threads title from Sony Scam to....Sony customer service needs to work at this, or something similar??
