Hm, I'm having a slightly different problem with the TOC now. The EPUB TOC looks perfect (expected, because that was manually entered) while the MOBI TOC has one link of about 80 (it's a long book) that refuses to point to the correct location--it points to some random location a couple chapters earlier. I verified that the chapter link points to the right index in the EPUB body of the book, and I tried deleting that chapter link and re-adding it, but to no avail. I also checked to make sure that when converting to MOBI the max number of chapters exceeds the number that I currently have (set it to a ridiculously high number, like 100) Seen this happen before?
