I do and it's worth it for me. I like having all my books together (since I buy from Kobo & occasionally Amazon too) with the ability to tag, sort, strip DRM, etc. There's no way to do the shelves but I wasn't keen on that functionality when it came out anyway. I archive everything I get through the B&N store and sideload what I want to read via Calibre.
