Hey all - I'm bummed - I just had to erase my 6 month old Nook Touch. I had bought 2 books yesterday and I couldn't download them - at all. I called B&N customer service and they couldn't download them either. My Nook kept saying it couldn't download because my memory was full - when it's only half full. Now all my shelves and sideload books are gone. I'll have to download any non-B&N books off my computer. Any books I got for my husband, who doesn't have an e-reader, are now mixed in with the hundreds of my books since his shelf is gone! Think good thoughts that I'll never have this happen again.
