Manually entering table of contents

The heuristic processing feature is super cool, but still has issues recognizing chapters on a totally unformatted PDF where the chapters are not demarcated as "Chapter 1", "Chapter 2," etc. This is totally understandable, since the book does not contain the normal <h1>, <h2> tags that heuristic processing bases its search on. I'm trying to make a workaround because I already know the chapter titles. Is there a way to manually enter a table of contents (i.e., chapter title strings) into the xpath search field and have the heuristic processing search via specific strings? Thanks!
