I still say that the Reader is better for actually reading. I've stopped buying books in the Sony store and have bought quite a few via Amazon. However, the only books that I read on my Kindle, as opposed to my 505, is the topaz format books. Fortunately, only 4 of the 40+ books that I've bought from Amazon have been in the Topaz format.
