Do you use any other elements than headlines, paragraphs and links? If not, I could at least help you with an ODT (OpenOffice/LibreOffice). For DOCX, you should call Microsoft.Toxaris should fix the use of invalid <u> in EPUB, and for Calibre, there's no hope at all. Maybe lulu.com has some special requirements for an EPUB, but I'm confident that those could be statisfied one way or another.
