Foxit Mobile fpr iOS is really great! Free as a base app, and sync options with OneDrive or Dropbox are 99 cents a pop...
Documents is great too but I cannot recommend any other Readdle app anymore because of the way they keep breaking established features in PDF Expert (for which I shelled out another tenner after the major update). I was an avid supporter but no more...
