Good luck. I'm not quite sure which Kindle 4 (Basic?) you have, but the motherboards for the silver ones are less than $6. (If you've got one of the black ones, it's about $18.) PowerBook Medic appears to separate the Kindles like this ... 1st generation, 2nd generation, 3rd generation (Keyboard), 4th generation (Silver Basic Kindle), and 5th generation (Black Basic Kindle). Then the Touch, Paperwhite and DX Kindles are listed by name.

What's odd is that PowerBook Medic seems to charge more for the motherboards with special offers than those without?
