I believe that most smaller Kobo "stores" allow discounting for all books in the store. For me that was never the problem. I yet have to found book that is not discountable. Even the books from big five were always discountable for me.
The reason I "travel" are geographical restrictions. And, really tempting 90% unlimited coupon.
