Similar matters have arisen where I live over the years and I've always had difficulty sorting out my own thoughts on the matter. In any case, this is a great little book and I look forward to reading others in the series.

It is a pleasure, and the whole series really works for me. There's a new one out, and I'm waiting until July to buy it, but it's
hard to be good.
